What do I get in the duo?

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
The duo is designed with sensitive skin in mind. Every dog is different, so patch-test before the first full wash. If your dog has a known skin condition, ask your vet about their wash routine.
How do I use the two products?
Wet the coat with lukewarm water. Gently massage in shampoo, avoiding eyes and ears, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with conditioner, leave for 1–3 minutes and rinse well. Dry the coat thoroughly before brushing through.
Will it remove tight mats?
The duo helps condition the coat and manage everyday tangles. Tight mats can pull on the skin and need advice from your groomer.
Do I need the leave-in detangler too?
